22 - ఇక్ష్వాకువంశ భావిష్యద్రాజులు

ఇటుపై ఇక్ష్వాకు వంశమందు రాబోవు రాజులం దెలిపెద. బృహద్బలుడు బృహత్ క్షణుడు ఉరుక్షయుడు వత్సవ్యూహుడు వ్యోముడు సహదేవుడు బృహదశ్వుడు భానురథుడు ప్రతీతాశ్వుడు సుప్రతీకుడు మరుదేవుడు సురక్షత్రుడు కిన్నరుడు అంతరిక్షుడు సువర్ణుడు అమిత్రజిత్తు బృహద్భాజుడు ధర్మి కృతంజయుడు రణంజయుడు సంజయుడు శాక్యుడు శుద్దోదనుడు రాహులుడు (బుద్దుడు) ప్రసేనజిత్తు క్షుద్రకుడు కుండకుడు సురథుడు సుమిత్రుడు తండ్రి కొడుకులుగా గల్గుదురు. ఈ ఇక్ష్వాకువుల వంశమిది సుమిత్రుని దాక యుండును. కలిలో నాతనిక యీ వంశమునికిం బొందును.

The future Solar dynasty is traced from Bṛhadbala (slain by Abhimanyu in the Mahābhārata war) through a long succession of kings. The lineage eventually reaches Śuddhodana and Rāhula (associated with the Buddha narrative), Prasenajit, and Sumitra — with whom the Ikṣvāku lineage ends in the Kali Yuga.
