69 - పురుషోత్తమ క్షేత్ర మాహాత్మ్యమ్
స్వామి! అద్భుత మయిన క్షేత్ర ప్రశంస తమ వలన వింటిమి. చాలా ఆశ్చర్య మైనది. తాము చెప్పినది ముమ్మాటికిని సత్యము. సర్వేశ్వరు డయిన విష్ణువు సర్వ దేవోత్తము డైనట్లే పురుషోత్తమ దేవుని పుణ్య తీర్థము సర్వతీర్థ రాజము. వసువులలో నగ్ని మొదలుకొని సిద్ధులలో కపిలుని వరకు మూలమున చెప్ప బడిన ఆయా పుణ్య పదార్థము లందు పరమోత్త మమైన పదార్థము సంసార తారకమైన ధర్మము దాక నీ యధ్యాయ మందు తెలుప బడిన విశేషము లెల్ల పారాయణార్హములు సుబోధకములు కావున మూలము చూడ వలెను.
శ్రీ బ్రహ్మ పురాణ మందు నఱువది తొమ్మిది అధ్యాయములు ముగించెను.
70 అధ్యాయము నుండి 175 అధ్యాయము వఱకు అనగా 106 అధ్యాయములు.

The overall sanctity and supreme merit of the entire Puruṣottama kṣetra is summarized in a final comprehensive eulogy. The kṣetra is declared more sacred than all other tīrthas combined; death within its boundaries guarantees liberation; the accumulated merits of all sacred rivers flow together here; and Bhagavān himself resides here eternally as Puruṣottama, the Lord of the Universe.
