316 - Narration of different kinds of mantras

Agni said: 

1-5. The syllable hüm is at the beginning. Then the letters khe, ca, che, and the visarga that is outside the group of conson ants (are added). It ends with strim, him, kshepa and phat. This vidya is known as subduing all things. It also destroys the poisons of serpents. Om, khe, cheshould be practised to revive a person bitten by a deadly serpent. Om, hūm, ke, kṣaḥshould be used to destroy poison and enemies. Strim, kum, phat is (the mantra) to be used for conquering sins and diseases etc. Khe, cha is the application for removing evil obstacles. The application of hūm, strim, om would captivate women. The application of khe, strim, khe, chashould be used for captivating and conquest, Aim, hrim, Stim, sphem, kaim, kshaum, Bhagavati! Ambika! Kubjika! sphem, om, bham, tam subjugate. Obeisance to Aghora on the face! Brāṁ, brām, kili, kili, vicchā, sphaum, hem, sphūm, sraum, hrim, aim, śrim. This vidyā of Kubjikā is known to accomplish all the things. Ishall describe to you again the mantras narrated by (lord) Isha (Siva) to (lord) Skanda.
