The text extols the holy region of Brahmāvarta and Sthanu-tīrtha, where Parameśvara Śiva established His eternal Sthanu-linga form for the protection and spiritual uplifting of all living beings. The narrative explains that worshipping Sthanu-Śiva with lotus flowers, bilva leaves, and holy Sarasvatī water cleanses the devotee of the most severe karmic impurities. Seekers who perform devout circumambulation around Sthanu-tīrtha attain royal prosperity in this life and ultimate liberation in the divine realm of Kailāsa.
