Nadīvarmā

Nadīvarmā · nadī-varmā

The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells that Nadīvarmā was a king of the Parihāra line. Sūta gives the line to Śaunaka. Nadīvarmā was the son of Śāntivarmā, who settled the city of Śāntipura on the bank of the Gaṅgā. His son was the very mighty Gaṅgādatta, who settled a delightful city named Nadīhā in the direction of Gauḍa rāshṭra.
