Viśvedevaloka

Viśvedevaloka · viśve-deva-loka, “the loka of the Viśvedevas”

Viśvedevaloka is the loka of the Viśvedevas. In the Uttara Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa it is one of the lokas where the giver of the Tulāpurusha-dāna, the gift of one’s weight in gold, lives for many kalpas.

The phala of tulā-dāna

Śrī Kṛshṇa tells Yudhishṭhira the rite of Tulāpurusha-dāna, as Pulastya Muni taught it to the ṛshis and King Priyavrata. The woman or man who does tulā-dāna by this rule goes in an excellent, beautiful vimāna to Sūryaloka. Having lived there a kalpa, he lives for many kalpas in Vishṇuloka, Śivaloka, Viśvedevaloka, Indraloka, Dharmarājaloka, Varuṇaloka, Kuberaloka and others. Born again in the human world, he becomes a king, dharmātmā, a giver and a destroyer of foes.
