Lakshmīloka
Lakshmīloka · lakshmī-loka, “the world of Lakshmī”
Lakshmīloka is the loka of Devī Lakshmī. In the Uttara Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa, Śrī Kṛshṇa teaches Yudhishṭhira three vratas whose keepers reach it.
The Śrīpañcamī
The Śrīpañcamī vrata, begun on the śukla pañcamī of Mārgaśīrsha, was taught by Devaguru Bṛhaspati to Indra when Lakshmī had left the devas. Whoever keeps the Śrīpañcamī by its rule dwells in Lakshmīloka together with his twenty-one kulas. A saubhāgyavatī woman who keeps it becomes rich in saubhāgya, beauty, children and wealth, and is very dear to her husband.

The Śilāvrata and the Devīvrata
Among the miscellaneous vratas:
- Śilāvrata: keeping one meal a day, give the seven substances to seven brāhmaṇas with families: things with salt, pungent things, bitter things, cumin, black pepper, asafoetida, dry ginger and śilājīt. The keeper attains Lakshmīloka and skill in speech.
- Devīvrata: for one year take only milk on the pañcamī, and at the end give a brāhmaṇa two cows. The keeper lives in Lakshmīloka for one kalpa.
