Bilvagrāma

Bilvagrāma · bilva-grāma, “the village of bilva trees”

The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells that Bhagavān Sūrya declared that he would be born in Bilvagrāma of Vaṅga-deśa as the Niruktakāra, renowned as Jayadeva, the crest-jewel of poets, son of Kanduki.
