Samuttaṃsa

Samuttaṃsa

The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells that Samuttaṃsa was a king of the Candra line in the Dvāpara Yuga, in the line that runs, each son of the one before, to Dushyanta. He was the son of Abhitaṃsa, and his son was Taṃsa, the father of Dushyanta.
