Jambhaka (Vāstu Maṇḍala)

Jambhaka

Jambhaka is placed on the west side of the Vāstu-maṇḍala. The Madhyama Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa gives this in Sūta’s brief account of the Vāstu-pūjana: on the sides of the maṇḍala stand Skanda in the east, Aryamā in the south, Jambhaka in the west and Pilipiccha in the north.
