Sudhagā
Sudhagā
Sudhagā is one of the gopīs who did pūjā of the young Śrī Kṛshṇa. In the Uttara Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa, opening the Malla Dvādaśī, Śrī Kṛshṇa tells Yudhishṭhira that when he was eight years old he was seated on a siṃhāsana under a vaṭa tree in Bhāṇḍaura-vana, on the bank of the Yamunā. Great mallas and gopīs did his pūjā there with curd, milk, fruit and flowers. The gopīs named are Gopālī, Dhanyā, Viśākhā, Dhyānanishṭhikā, Anugandhā, Sudhagā and others.
