Sādhakarmā
Sādhakarmā · sādha-karman
Sādhakarmā lived on the beautiful Himālaya mountain. The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells that the Mahārudra who destroyed the daitya Hirbu, and who was made king of the Śaśimaṇḍala, was afterwards born as the son of Sādhakarmā. The son became famous as Bhāratīśa, knower of the kalās. He conquered the assembly of scholars, came to Kāśī and became a disciple of Śaṅkarācārya. Bṛhaspati tells this to Devendra.
