Phena (son of Ushadratha)

Phena

Phena is a king of the line of Titikshu, who became king of the eastern direction. He was the son of Ushadratha and the father of Sutapas. The Sūta names him in the Brahma Purāṇa.

In the line of Titikshu

Titikshu became king of the eastern direction. Titikshu’s son was Ushadratha, his son Phena, his son Sutapas, and his son Bali. That Bali took a human birth; he had a golden quiver and, being a great yogī, ruled the kingdom. He is a king of this line, not the daitya Bali.
