Candrabhaṭṭa is the one in whose family Haripriya was born. The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells of the rebirths of the disciples of the brāhmaṇa Mukunda: Śambhu was born in the family of Candrabhaṭṭa under the name Haripriya. He was a bhakta of Vishṇu and stood in the mata of Rāmānanda.
