Satyadhṛti

Satyadhṛti was a warrior allied with the Pāṇḍavas. The Udyoga Parva of the Mahābhārata names him in the count of the Pāṇḍava warriors and again in chapter 196, among those who followed Yudhiṣṭhira on the march to Kurukṣetra.

In the Udyoga Parva

His name means “one who holds fast to truth”. He appears in the Rathātiratha-Saṃkhyāna, the count of the Pāṇḍava warriors by rank. In chapter 196 he is named as following Yudhiṣṭhira in the final march, together with Saucitti, Śreṇimān and Vasudāna. He was one of the allied warriors who went with Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira to the field of Kurukṣetra.
