Mārtaṇḍavatsala
Mārtaṇḍavatsala · mārtaṇḍa-vatsala, “the one dear to Mārtaṇḍa”
The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa names Mārtaṇḍavatsala among the Candravaṃśī kings of the Dvāpara Yuga, in the line of Mahārāja Saṃvaraṇa. He is the son of Arkeshṭimān and the father of Mihirārtha. Sūta tells the line to Śaunaka.
