Kramaṇa

Kramaṇa

Kramaṇa is a prince of the Yādava line, a son of Bhajamāna, the son of Sattvant, and of Bāhyakā, daughter of Sṛñjaya.

The Brahma Purāṇa tells that Bhajamāna had two wives, the daughters of Sṛñjaya, Bāhyakā and Upabāhyakā, and many sons. Born to him from Bāhyakā were Krimi, Kramaṇa, Dhṛshṭa, Śūra and Purañjaya. From Upabāhyakā were born Ayutājit, Sahasrajit, Śatājit and Dāsaka.
