Cakshu, “the eye”

Cakshu is a king of the line of Parīkshit at Hastināpura. The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa names him in the line that Sūta gives Śaunaka: he is the son of Makhapāla and the father of Sukhavanta.
