Divaspati (Indra)

Divaspati · divas-pati, “the master of the sky”

Divaspati is the last of the fourteen Indras. Sumantu Muni tells King Śatānīka their names in order. Vishṇubhuk is the first and Ojasvī, the seventh, is the Indra of the present time. The Indras to come follow him, and the last of the list are Kīrti, Śatadhāma and Divaspati. Divaspati comes after Śatadhāma.
