Mandehas

Mandeha

The Mandehas are rākshasas who stay in Bhagavān Sūrya. In the Brahma Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa, Brahmā tells Rudra that they are appointed by the devatās, beginning with himself, to guard Sūrya Deva and the secret of the devatās.
