Bilvamaṅgala · bilva-maṅgala

The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells of Bilvamaṅgala as a paṇḍita. It tells that Śūra, one of the seven beloved disciples of the brāhmaṇa Mukunda, was born again in a brāhmaṇa family in the south under this name. He became the friend of Akbara, who was Mukunda reborn, and came to his court.
