Dyutimanta
Dyutimanta was a rājarshi (a king who was also a seer). His radiance, his kānti, was as bright as his name.
Bhīshma names many rājarshis and great souls to Yudhishṭhira in the Anuśāsana Parva. Each reached svarga (heaven) through one act of great giving. Dyutimanta is remembered for giving his whole kingdom to the ṛshi Ṛcīka. Through this dāna (gift) he reached the best lokas (worlds). He is named in the same list as Śibi, Pratardana, Rantideva, Devāvṛdha and the others who are held up as examples of giving.
