Daṇḍadhāra
Daṇḍadhāra was a warrior allied with the Kauravas. Bhīshma names him as a ratha (chariot warrior) among the Kaurava forces in the Kurukshetra war.
In Bhīshma’s count of the warriors
Bhīshma lists Daṇḍadhāra among the rathas of the Kaurava host in his Rathātiratha-Saṃkhyāna, the count of the chariot warriors. This count is in the Udyoga Parva of the Mahābhārata. His name means “bearer of the staff or rod”.
Daṇḍadhāra was one of the many kings and commanders allied with the Kauravas who gathered under Duryodhana’s banner at Kurukshetra.
