Vishvaksenavaṃśīya
Vishvaksenavaṃśīya · vishvaksena-vaṃśīya, “those of the line of Vishvaksena”
The Vishvaksenavaṃśīya are the kings born in the family of Vishvaksena, son of Śukla. The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa names them at the close of Sūta’s account of the Śukla line, with the other clans named from its kings: the Visenavaṃśīya from Visena, the Gauhila kshatriyas from Guhila and the Rāshṭrapālavaṃśīya from Rāshṭrapāla.
