Parimala

Parimala

Parimala is the one in whose house Brahmānanda was to be born. The Pratisarga Parva of the Bhavishya Purāṇa tells that Bhagavān Śiva foretold the aṃśa births of the Pāṇḍavas and Kauravas in the Kali Yuga. The one born of Arjuna‘s aṃśa would be of great intellect and a bhakta of Śiva, born in the house of Parimala, and named Brahmānanda.
