Tushita Gaṇa
Tushita Gaṇa, “the host of the contented”
The Tushita gaṇa is a host of devas. In the second account of creation in the Brahma Parva, the Paramātmā, having made the elements and created beings, gave them their names and dwelling places. He then formed the Tushita gaṇa, with Tosha, Pratosha and others, the sanātana yajña and the rahasya-yajña Brahma. Sumantu Muni tells this to King Śatānīka.
