Āpavatsa

Āpavatsa is a devatā of the Vāstu-maṇḍala. Sūta tells the brāhmaṇas that the devatās of the maṇḍala are forty-five, and in the numbered list Āpavatsa is the forty-fourth. He comes after Pṛthvīdhara and before Brahmā.
