Vedavatī, daughter of Parjanya

Vedavatī was the daughter of Parjanya, who is linked with the deva of rain and clouds. She was one of the women whose weddings were held at the sacred gathering at Hāṭakeśvara, as told in Chapters 37–40 of the Vāmana Mahā Purāṇa.

She is not the same as the Vedavatī of the Rāmāyaṇa, the woman of tapas (austerity) who was born again as Sītā.
